  • COIHS is now PacificSource Community Solutions

    We are pleased to announce that Central Oregon Individual Health Solutions (COIHS) changed its name to PacificSource Community Solutions on April 1.

    Last May, PacificSource Health Plans purchased COIHS, which represented a significant milestone in the company’s history. By taking on the PacificSource name, we are taking on a reputation for exceptional customer service, a focus on forming relationships, and a commitment to treating everyone as a person.

  • What else do we offer?

    In addition to Oregon Health Plan (OHP) coverage for people with limited income and assets provided by PacificSource Community Solutions, we also offer Medicare plans for people who are age 65 or older, people with kidney failure or long-term kidney disease, and people with permanent disabilities who are unable to work.

  • Oregon Health Plan Members – You are Invited!

    The Oregon Health Authority and the Oregon Health Policy Board will have public meetings to talk about Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs). As an OHP member you can give your feedback at these meetings. The goal is for OHP members to have better health in our area. This includes physical and mental health care. Click here for a list of meetings in Astoria, Bend, Eugene, Florence, Medford, Pendleton, and Portland.
